Preparing for your mortgage appointment

What to expect and what information you'll need.

Booking a mortgage appointment is easy.

You can speak to a qualified mortgage adviser to:

  • Apply for a new mortgage

  • Remortgage from another lender

  • Apply for additional borrowing

  • Switch mortgage product

  • Discuss other changes to your mortgage

Speak with one of our qualified mortgage advisers by phone—available Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

These appointments offer the same expert support as in-branch visits and typically last up to an hour.

We’ll send your documents to review at your own pace. After your appointment, you can upload them online, post them, or drop them off at your local branch.

Preparing for your appointment

Be ready to discuss the property, your income, and expenses. Have documents like payslips, tax returns, and bank statements handy. For joint applications, each person will need to provide their details. We’ll confirm exactly what you need once we understand your situation.

Meet with a mortgage adviser from home or your office using secure video technology on your laptop, smartphone, or tablet.

All you need is a broadband connection, a video-enabled device, and a quiet space for up to an hour.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9:30am–4:00pm, and Saturday mornings. Just contact us to book a time that suits you.
